The International Pickleball Federation (IPF) announced the appointment of Sandra “Joy” Paul as Executive Vice President, International Pickleball Rules.
Ms. Paul retired as a Certified Executive Pastry Chef before moving to Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, where she took up pickleball and founded the city’s first official league, the Pickleball Puerto Peñasco League, which works with local tourism offices to promote the city as a pickleball destination. As EVP, International Pickleball Rules, she is responsible for developing and maintaining the International Pickleball Rulebook, working alongside the EVPs for Institute, Tournament Certification and Equipment Certification. The Board welcomed Ms. Paul to the Executive Committee.
