We publish our governing documents to promote openness and enable our members, athletes, stakeholders, and the wider sporting community to hold the Federation accountable.

Structure
General Assembly
Comprising all Member National Federations, the General Assembly is the Federation's highest governing body. It establishes the strategic direction of the organisation, elects the Board of Directors, approves constitutional amendments and major policies, and exercises oversight over the Federation in accordance with the Constitution.
Board of Directors
Elected by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and corporate governance for the Federation. The Board establishes policies, oversees financial and organisational performance, manages risk, and ensures that the Federation operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
Continental Confederations (5)
The five Continental Confederations represent and support Member National Federations within their respective regions. They promote the development of pickleball, coordinate continental competitions, implement regional programmes, and serve as the link between the Federation and its members.
Africa · Asia · Europe · Americas · Oceania
Committees
Standing and Special Committees provide expert advice and technical support to the Board and Executive Administration. They develop policies, standards, regulations, and strategic initiatives across key areas of the Federation's activities.

It manages administration, member services, communications, competitions, finance, and organisational development while supporting all governance bodies.
