For national governing bodies

National Federation Membership

National Federation, Full member or Associate Membership is designed for the official national governing body for pickleball in a country or territory. This application is not for individual players, clubs, or commercial organizations.

To apply, complete the online application form below. Once your application has been received, the WPF Membership committee may contact you to guide you through the membership review process and request the required governance and supporting documents.

  1. Apply

Submit the federation application on this page.

  2. Review

The WPF Membership team reviews against IOC-readiness criteria.

  3. Board approval

The application is put to the WPF Board for approval.

  4. Welcomed

Your federation is welcomed as a WPF member federation.

The member lists are compiled from the IPF and WPF databases. Although every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the information may not reflect the latest membership updates.

How it works

Step 1Apply in a few minutes
Complete the short application form on this page — just your federation and a contact. You do not need to gather any governance documents or figures first.
Step 2We follow up
Once your application is received, the WPF Membership team contacts you at the email you provided to confirm details, answer questions and guide you through the next steps.
Step 3We build it together
The Membership Committee reviews against the IOC-readiness criteria, confirms one recognised federation per nation, and places you in your continental confederation — requesting supporting documents gradually as we work with you, not all up front.

What we’ll put in place together

None of these are needed to apply. After you submit, the WPF Membership team will work with you and request each item gradually — we know some can take time to prepare. Items marked Model template have a starting document in the WPF National Federation Development Toolkit you can adapt to your nation’s law and language.
