Media & Image Consent

At tournaments, training camps, and other WPF events, we and our partners may take photographs and video of participants, officials, and spectators for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials, and by media covering the event.

Images of minors

Where a player is a minor, this is covered by the consent given by their parent or guardian when the child’s account was created, and that consent can be withdrawn for future events at any time by contacting info@worldpickleball.org. See our Child Privacy Notice for how we handle minors’ data.

Opting out

Anyone — adult or minor — can ask not to be photographed at an event by speaking to event staff on the day, and can ask us to remove a specific image from our own channels afterwards. We cannot, however, control how independent media use their own coverage of an event.
