The editable Word templates and their completion guides are issued through the application flow — when you start your membership application you’ll receive private download links (also emailed to you) for the full set, each watermarked to your federation. Those links activate once the WPF Membership Committee has approved your application.

WPF Model Statutes (constitution)
A complete model constitution aligned to the Olympic Charter and WPF rules — satisfies six readiness items at once.
Model Anti-Doping Rules (WADA Code)
Adopt-by-reference rules implementing the World Anti-Doping Code, with your NADO/WPF as results-management authority.
Model Safeguarding Policy + Officer role
A safeguarding/child-protection policy aligned to the IOC Framework, including a named Safeguarding Officer and reporting channel.
Model Competition-Integrity Policy
Prohibits competition manipulation and illegal betting, and sets reporting duties.
Model Code of Ethics + Conflict-of-Interest Register
A code of ethics, an independent ethics mechanism, and a maintained conflict-of-interest register.
Model Election Procedure (democracy + term limits)
Transparent, secret-ballot elections at the General Assembly with defined terms and term limits.
Model Athletes' Commission Charter
Establishes an athlete-elected commission with voting representation on the Board.
WPF Membership Undertaking
The signed undertaking by which a national federation agrees to be bound by the WPF Statutes and rules.
