The International Pickleball Federation (IPF) announced the appointment of Luke Burden as Executive Vice President, International Competitions and Events.
Mr. Burden is Global Brand Manager for Laykold Courts, where he develops partnerships with tournaments and organisations including the Miami Open, US Open, Dallas Open, San Diego Open, ITF, World Tennis Championships, Tennis Canada, PTR, USTA and the ITA. As EVP, he develops and oversees sanctioning of the Bainbridge Cup World Championship Professional-Amateur Tournament Series, organising 25 regional amateur qualifying tournaments, 10 professional qualifying tournaments, and 4 semi-final tournaments culminating in the Bainbridge Cup World Championship for the 2023–2024 season.
