The European Pickleball Federation is delighted to announce its endorsement for the upcoming historic merger of the IPF and the WPF, the two long-standing and pre-eminent International Federations.
EPF President Frank Arico remarked “The decision to merge the IPF and WPF is a courageous and commendable step that reflects the highest ideals of our sport. By putting the interests of pickleball ahead of individual factions, both federations are setting a powerful example for others to follow.”
The EPF has maintained its neutrality by not affiliating to any of the three existing Pickleball International Federations. The EPF is totally committed and eager to work together with all parties towards the worthy goal of a single IOC compliant International Federation and will continue to support all efforts to achieve this.
“We call upon all stakeholders in the sport of pickleball to embrace this powerful moment of change. Let’s work together to build a sport that represents the best in our athletes and unites us all,” added Arico.
